A service created just for you
It’s good to be home
What to expect from Care at home
Before your care starts, one of our
friendly team will visit you and anyone
else you would like present, without
obligation, to discuss an individually
tailored plan that reflects your lifestyle,
needs and preferences.
This will cover things like medical
conditions and medication, your
housekeeping requirements, how and
when you meet your friends and family,
what time you like to eat your meals,
what hobbies and activities you want to
keep up or resurrect and, if appropriate,
how to support your religious beliefs.
We then select the Home Care
Assistants who we feel are ideally
suited to you, doing our best to match
personalities and interests too.
Our Home Care Assistants come from
lots of different backgrounds but they
share a caring, compassionate nature
and a genuine desire to fit in, rather
than ‘to take command’.
We’ll do our best to ensure that you
receive visits from people you know,
so that you don’t see too many new
faces. They will be carefully briefed
in advance so that you won’t need
to keep explaining to them what
they have to do.
We are experts in specialised care
including neurological conditions,
Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Mental
and Physical disabilities
and Cancer.
