Simply call us to arrange for a free,
informal no-obligation visit to chat about
how we might help. This is a chance for us
to get to know each other and for you to
ask all your questions face-to-face.
At the end of the discussion you might
decide that Live-in Homecare isn’t right
for you (it isn’t right for everybody) or you
can tell us to set the wheels in motion.
When you are ready to proceed, we
will run through everything in detail and
arrange a start date for your care.
On the 昀椀rst day we will arrive with your
Live-in carer to make the introductions
and stay for a short settling in period.
After that we will keep in regular
contact to make sure everything
is to your satisfaction.
You will always have a named contact at
your local o昀케ce to answer any queries
or to discuss any concerns or changes,
in complete con昀椀dence.
